Dunedin Police have expressed concern about the number of people in the lower Octagon on Saturday nights, spilling onto the road, causing safety concerns.

Yesterday members of the police met with DCC Chief Executive, Paul Orders, and Mayor Dave Cull, to discuss what can be done about the issue.
