One of Otago's, if not New Zealand's, most well known and respected Basketball coaches is leaving our shores.

Carl Dickel is moving to Australia.

During his time in the game Dickel coached at every level of the sport, including a trip to the Olympics with the Tall Fern's.

But it's his time in Dunedin he most fondly remembers.
