Archaeologists are hoping for further revelations after a combined community blessing has allowed work to resume on twin Lawrence cemetery digs.

The Otago Historic Cemeteries Bioarchaeology Project is about to begin its second phase, as researchers aim to find out how Gold Rush settlers lived and died.
