Remarkables Primary School has kicked off a week-long celebration of cultural diversity with a captivating Japanese drumming performance and workshop for its pupils.

The Queenstown school has held a special assembly to mark the beginning of its Cultural Extravaganza, featuring drummers from Dunedin-based group O-Taiko.
