The first ten owners of more than two hundred new affordable homes to be built in Wanaka are expected to move in before Christmas.

Housing Minister Phil Twyford was in Wanaka yesterday to announce plans for Kiwibuild homes to be built within the Northlake subdivision over the next two years.
